Working with Natalie's team was great. After a consultation over the phone, we had an estimate done the next day for a great price for a repair to our roof (noted by a leak in our garage). Repair was done in just a couple of hours. Most appreciated was the thoroughness in explaining what was wrong, and how it needed to be repaired. The work was top-notch with friendliness and good customer service to boot. Developed a small roof leak along the ridge vent on my roof. The Americo rep made a free inspection and then fixed my roof on the same visit. He corrected some installation work that wasn't up to standards by adding the proper length nails in every hole of the vent and re caulked all the nails along the entire vent. He even modified the ends of the vent to keep blowing rain from entering there. I was very impressed by the knowledge, experience and work ethic of this company. I can recommend them for any roof repairs or replacements.
